Bicycle Servicing

We offer a collection and drop off service for your bikes. Free of charge within Turriff. Charged at £20 for all other addresses within AB53 postcodes. For addresses outwith AB53 postcodes additional charges may apply, please ask for details when contacting us about your bike repairs.

All customers who provide an email address will receive a detailed electronic Job Report on the service carried out on their bikes via the bikebook workshop management system that we operate with @ Peak Performance Cycle Solutions.

This system also allows us to provide;

Live Service Tracker: Customers can receive live updates on the progress of their bike service, from initial drop-off to completion.

Transparent Pricing: The system provides full transparency on each service, so customers know exactly what's included and at what cost, helping to close the gap between customer perception and mechanical expertise.

Tune Up - £45

Ideal for a quick tune up if you have an event or race coming up.

Frame, forks and wheels cleaned and inspected for damage.
Seatpost removed, cleaned and reinstalled with anti-seize compound.
Steering controls checked, aligned and headset preloaded.
Drivetrain checked for wear.
Mech hanger checked and aligned, ‘B’ tension and high and low limits set.
Brakes checked for wear or damage and callipers aligned.
Tyres checked for wear and pressures set.
Basic bike wash and drivetrain de-grease.
Final full bolt check and torque.

Standard Service - £90

Our most popular service offering. Recommended once or twice a year depending on how much cycling you are doing. Will get your bike running like new.

Full fork and/or shock suspension servicing.

With our standard and premium services we can also offer you a full fork and/or shock service carried out by suspension specialists Alta Suspension.

When your bike is in for a service we can remove the fork and/or shock and send it off to suspension specialists Alta Suspension (Cults), for a full service (commonly called a 100 or 200 hour service).
